Lead Listing Alerts

There are two ways of creating new listing alerts and assigning them to your leads.

  1. Simple Alert
    1. Go to the front end of your website in the upper right > User Dropdown > click Lead Alerts (screenshot)
    2. Create a new Lead Alert using the form (screenshot)
  2. Complex Alert
    1. Visit https://replace-with-your-domain.com/?search-listings=true
    2. Use the available fields to create a search for your lead’s preferred listings
    3. Click “Save Search” (screenshot)
    4. Go to the upper right of your website > User Dropdown > click Lead Alerts (screenshot)
    5. Find your newly created alert > choose your Alert Type (screenshot) > then assign the alert to the lead under “Assigned Lead” (screenshot)

SMS Alerts functionality is exclusive to Real Estate 7 Yearly, please see the SMS Alerts documentation for information on configuring its settings.
