How do I get support?

Our support is handled via live chat, but before you open a chat we ask that you follow the steps below. This is for the benefit of you and us and will help make the entire process more efficient.

  1. Make sure you’re running the latest version of Real Estate 7 and the latest version of WordPress.
  2. Always check the changelog for information first.
  3. Search the documentation and knowledge base for the answer to your question.
  4. Disable any 3rd party plugins you may be using to see if it fixes the issue.
  5. Make sure you’ve cleared all cache (browser, and website) — to learn how click here.
  6. If you cannot find an answer to your question open a live chat with your email address so we can easily look up your account, and our support team will help.
