Although roles like buyer, seller, agent, broker, etc…have capabilities limited, to completely remove backend admin access for everyone but admins on the site, we recommend using the free Remove Dashboard Access plugin, this will ensure anyone but the admins will stay in the front end.
You’ll also want to go into Real Estate 7 Options > Front End Login & Registration > Disable the Admin Bar for non-Admins only? > set to Yes (screenshot)
