Enable via Real Estate 7 Options > Listings  > Listings Single > Main Layout Blocks > enable “Est. Payment”

The affordability calculator can be enabled via Real Estate 7 Options > Listings > Listing Single > Main Layout Blocks > Affordability

Assumptions

The default assumptions for the estimated payment and affordability calculator are controlled via Real Estate 7 Options > Listings > Listing Single > Estimated Payment
