We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%. We are more than happy to provide a complete refund within 14 days of your original purchase pending the requirements for a refund are met as outlined below & in our terms and conditions.
Before asking for a refund, please allow us to try and resolve any difficulties you are experiencing by opening a live chat.
A few small points:
- This is not a trial period.
- We might ask you for the opportunity to resolve the issue for you.
- Refunds may only be issued within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days no refunds can be processed.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we deem it necessary.
- We cannot cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.
- We do not provide refunds on Automated Home Valuation Services, IDX Hosted Websites, Basic or Full Site Setup Services, Custom Design Services, Maintenance Services, Migration Services, Content Writing, Customizations, or Development. No exceptions.
- Due to the time and costs involved in the MLS approval process for the IDX refunds generally cannot be processed for that product. In some cases, if deemed within the requirements or the IDX was never implemented on your site we might process a full or partial refund.
