If you’ve changed your site’s domain or moved servers you’ll need to update your Real Estate 7 license key — to do that please follow the steps provided below:
- Login to your Account Dashboard
- Go to License Keys > find Real Estate 7 > click “Manage Sites” (screenshot)
- Deactivate your old domain (screenshot) > close the modal
- Copy your License Key
- Navigate back to your sites admin > Appearance > Theme License
- Paste your License Key > Save
- Your new domain is now activated
Upgrading from One-time to Yearly License
- Navigate to your sites admin > Appearance > Theme License
- Deactivate License
- Go to License Keys > find Real Estate 7 > Copy your License Key
- Navigate back to your sites admin > Appearance > Theme License
- Paste your License Key > Save Changes (Important: Do not click Activate License, this will reactivate your old One-time license)
- Your new Yearly license key is now activated
Troubleshooting: Unable to Access Theme License Page
If you are experiencing difficulty accessing the Theme License page or performing license functions, it might be due to your hosting provider blocking our IP address (167.99.109.13). This section provides steps to troubleshoot and resolve this issue.
- Verify IP Block: Contact your hosting provider to confirm if our IP address (167.99.109.13) is indeed being blocked.
- Request Unblock: If our IP is blocked, request your hosting provider to unblock it. Explain that this IP is essential for your site’s license verification processes and needs to be whitelisted.
- Check Your Firewall Settings: Sometimes, firewall settings on your site can inadvertently block essential IP addresses. Review your firewall settings or consult with your hosting provider to ensure that our IP address is not being blocked by your site’s firewall.
