Compare Listings

The Contempo Compare Listings plugin is automatically installed during the setup wizard but does require a little bit of setup.

1. Settings Configuration

  1. Go into Admin > CT Compare
  2. Enter “Listings” into the “Select post types” field
  3. Select “Listings” (screenshot)
  4. Click “Add Post Types”
  5. Now it’ll be added below, click the white bar
  6. Click Taxonomies
  7. Select all the comparison fields you’d like (screenshot)
  8. Find and hover the green tab on the right of your window
  9. Save, and you’re all set there.

2. Widget

  1. Go into Admin > Appearance > Widgets
  2. Find “CT Compare”
  3. Add it to the Compare sidebar
  4. Select your “Compare” page from the Page ID option
  5. Save, and you’re all set.

If you’d like to remove the compare functionality all you need to do is deactivate the Contempo Compare Listings plugin, and you’ll be all set.
