Yes! We will use the built-in WordPress import/export feature to transfer your existing content into your IDX website. We are happy to aid in the (re)organization of the imported content. Please note – any content/pages created with custom page builders or unsupported plugins may not be transferred.

Will this with work with my local MLS?

Do I get access to the entire MLS data?
Yes, your website will show all data from the connected MLS(s). Our IDX is fast and intelligent! Thanks to advanced API technology, your prospective leads will see immediate property listings and have a seamless browsing experience.

Can I show just my office listings?
Yes, if you prefer to show just your office's listings, you can do so by ticking a single checkbox in the admin settings, excluding general MLS data.
Additionally, if you want to include general MLS data in searches but highlight your own listings on your pages, we offer handy Elementor modules and shortcodes.
These tools make it effortless to showcase your listings exactly how you want.
How often do you update the data?
Our API service is directly linked to your MLS, fetching fresh data at least four times daily, with some even hourly! While others lag behind with infrequent updates, we ensure you get timely, precise information.

Do you support commercial data?

My MLS board isn't listed?
A large number of MLS boards are supported by us, but there are cases in which we don't natively support certain markets. Custom buildouts are available in those cases, open a live chat and one of our knowledgable sales staff will be glad to assist!
Do you support multiple MLS boards per site?
Yes, if you're a member of multiple boards our real estate IDX plugin can support as many as you need, each additional is $79/month.
Are there any agent or user limits?
No, there are no limits to how many agents or users you can have on your IDX website. Unlike other providers where they charge you per agent/user, with our IDX Hosted service you have full admin control of your site to do as you please.
Do you integrate with other CRMs?
Yes. Currently we offer direct integration support for Follow Up Boss. We also offer Zapier for connecting to other third party applications.
Are there any limits to how many pages I can have?
No, there are no limits to how many pages you can have on your IDX website. You're free to build it out however you see fit.
What if my domain name is being used for my existing website?
We'll install your site on a temporary URL during the setup and review process, once the site is good to go we'll point the domain to the new IDX website.
Is a domain name included?
A domain is not included, as it is an asset of your business, we recommend purchasing from a dedicated domain registrar like GoDaddy.
Will my site get SEO credit for IDX listings?
Yes, the IDX listings are 100% search engine indexable content.
Is email service included?
Email is not included, however, we recommend our customers use G Suite from Google Business Services, its cloud-based and starts at $6/month per user.
What happens to my IDX website should I decide to cancel?
After canceling, access to your site's admin will be removed and the IDX website will be deleted.
