Yes. CT Leads Pro can be installed on any WordPress website as a standalone CRM plugin. Real Estate 7 customers receive CT Leads Pro included with their yearly license.
After purchasing the Extensions Bundle you will receive a license key by email. Log into your WordPress admin and go to Settings → CT Leads Pro → Licensing → Bundle, paste your license key, then enable the extensions you want from the Extensions tab.
No. Extensions are optional, but they unlock additional functionality such as SMS messaging, automation, scheduling, transactions, and advanced AI features.
No. CT Leads Pro works out of the box without an AI API key. To unlock AI-powered features like automated follow-up suggestions, lead insights, and content generation, you can connect your own API key from OpenAI or Anthropic. While optional, adding an API key enables the full AI capabilities of the real estate CRM.
AI usage is billed directly through your account with OpenAI or Anthropic, not through CT Leads Pro. For most real estate websites, usage costs are extremely low, often just a few dollars per month depending on how frequently AI features are used.
Real Estate CRM extensions are licensed for a single site. You may deactivate the license on one site and activate it on another at any time.
Licenses renew annually to keep extensions active and updated. If you choose not to renew, the associated extension features will no longer function on your site.
No. Support is included with your purchase and available to all active license holders.
No. Subscriptions are billed yearly and you may cancel at any time. If a subscription is canceled, the functionality provided by that extension will no longer be available.
