Listings search is ignoring search parameters?

This does not apply when running CT IDX Pro+

This is due to having the same fields enabled for both the header area and the “more” or global area. If you have the same fields enabled in both areas they’ll override each other, and if you look at the search query URL generated you’ll notice the term is blank (e.g. ct_beds= instead of ct_beds=3) and thus return all results or ignores the desired parameter set.

Make sure each area has its own unique fields enabled, no duplicates — and the search will properly return results based on your desired parameters.
