Do I have to purchase Real Estate CRM extensions?

No. Extensions are entirely optional but do help to dramatically extend the functionality of the Real Estate CRM.

Do I have to pay extra for support?

Support is included with the purchase of Real Estate 7, which also includes anything related to the Real Estate CRM and its base features.

How Are Real Estate CRM Extensions Installed?

Once the purchase is made you'll be emailed your license key, from there you login into your site's WordPress admin > find Real Estate 7 Options > Leads Pro > Extensions, paste your key(s) to the corresponding extension(s) > it'll automatically activate and you're all set.

How many sites can I activate my license key on?

Premium Real Estate CRM extensions can be purchased for a single site. You may deactivate a license key and move it to another site at any time.

What happens if I do not renew my license?

License keys are subscription-based and will automatically renew every year. If you decide to cancel the functionality of the extension will be removed from the site.

Are there any contracts?

No, subscriptions are yearly, you can cancel at any time but keep in mind when you do you will lose that extension's functionality. Please also refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Can I request a refund?
